- You are responsible for any activity, i.e. uploaded texts and pictures, which occurs under your username.
- The rakawa team reserves the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
- You must not use the rakawa.net service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- The rakawa team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time as well as to modify or terminate the rakawa.net service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- The rakawa team may, but have no obligation to, remove entries and accounts containing entries that the rakawa team determines in its sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these terms and conditions.
- The rakawa team claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to rakawa.net. Your uploaded texts and pictures remain yours. However, by uploading a picture you give us the permission to use it for promotion purposes, which includes displaying it in the banner of the rakawa site.
